B: Barbell Cycling (AMRAP - Reps) 25 Minute AMRAP: 80/60 Cal Assault Bike 50 Power Cleans @ 115/75 80/60 Cal Assault Bike 50 Power Cleans @ 135/95 80/60 Cal Assault Bike 50 Power Cleans @ 155/105 80/60 Cal Assault bike AMRAP Power Cleans @ 185/125 *CFNE Scale as needed but ensure you add weight as you progress through the workout.
