​A. Warm Up
Run 2 laps

B. For Time: Rowing, Deadlifts, Pull-Ups, and more
For Time:
In teams of 3
  1. 90 Calories of Rowing
  2. 60 Deadlifts @ 185/125 lbs
  3. 45 Pull-Ups
  4. 30 Handstand Push-Ups
  5. 45 Toes to Bars
  6. 60 Clean and Jerks @ 115/75 lbs
  7. 90 Burpees

Coach's Notes:
on 3,2,1 go... person 1 will start rowing while person 2 and 3 are holding on to their barbells. Calories only count if the bars are above the knee. Switch as needed and reps need not be equally distributed. Once all 90 calories are finished, team moves on to the deadlifts.

One person may do their deadlifts while the other 2 teammates are hanging from the pull up bar. Switch as needed and continue until 60 reps are completed.

Next would be 45 pull ups, and they will count only when the other 2 teammates are holding a plate over head (45/25). Switch as needed and continue until 45 pull ups are finished.

Next from there are 30 HSPU, while team mates are back hanging from the pull up bar.

45 Toes to Bar, while teammates are hanging on to the barbell above knee. and Burpees to finish.
