A. Warm Up
Games for about 10 minutes, then spend 5-10 minutes setting up gear.
B. Metcon (Time)
With a partner:
15 Pulls as hard as possible on rower. Subtract total calories from 20 and thats how many burpees your partner does. Play until you reach 120 Cals. Keep track of all burpees. Fastest time wins.
C. Metcon (4 Rounds For Reps)
Partner A does 60 Double unders or 120 Singles, partner B does Kettlebell Swings. Switch when partner A finishes double unders. Repeat that order for:
Toes to bar/Hanging leg raises
Rest 1 minute between each station
Scaled as needed
