B. 15 minute EMOM of Romanian Deadlifts and Strict Handstand Push-Ups
Every 3 minute for 15 minutes (5 rounds):
  1. 10 Romanian Deadlifts @ 25%
  2. Max Strict Handstand Push-Ups

C. 15 minute EMOM of Romanian Deadlifts and Kipping Handstand Push-Ups
