Every 90 seconds, for 13:30 (9 sets): 1 High Hang Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats Loads per set (by %): 50, 55, 60, 55, 60, 65, 60, 65, 70 B. 15 minute AMRAP of Hang Power Snatches and Burpee Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups As Many Reps as possible in 15 minutes: 3 Hang Power Snatches @ 95/65 lbs 3 Burpee Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups 6 Hang Power Snatches @ 95/65 lbs 6 Burpee Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups 9 Hang Power Snatches @ 95/65 lbs 9 Burpee Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups etc...
