In teams of 2
Partner A executes the movement while Partner B does 2 laps around the building. Once Partner B has come back from the run, Partner A runs and Partner B picks up from where Partner A has left off. Repetitions need not be split equally but need to complete all reps before the team can move on to the next movement.
