Run 2 laps play a quick game? and/or mobility review movements for the day Scoring: Not Scored B. For Time: Deadlifts, Power Cleans, Front Squats, and more For Time: In teams of 2
Coach's Notes: Partner A executes the movement while Partner B does 2 laps around the building. Once Partner B has come back from the run, Partner A runs and Partner B picks up from where Partner A has left off. Repetitions need not be split equally but need to complete all reps before the team can move on to the next movement.
