B. For Time: Deadlifts, Power Cleans, Front Squats, and more
​For Time:
In teams of 2
  1. 100 Deadlifts @ 155/105 lbs
  2. 80 Power Cleans @ 135/95 lbs
  3. 60 Front Squats @ 115/75 lbs
  4. 40 Shoulder to Overheads @ 95/65 lbs
  5. 20 Burpee Box Step-Overs 24/20 cm

Coach's Notes:
Partner A executes the movement while Partner B does 2 laps around the building. Once Partner B has come back from the run, Partner A runs and Partner B picks up from where Partner A has left off. Repetitions need not be split equally but need to complete all reps before the team can move on to the next movement.
