In Partners perform:
800m run 10 under/overs each
* One person is in a down dog position, while the other crawls through. Then they switch to a plank position and the person jumps over.
Then, switch who does what.
5 burpee leap frogs each
* One person is crouched in a ball, while the other person does a burpee then leap frogs over the other person. Then switch.
10 Seated cross jump-overs
*one person sits on the floor in an l-sit with arms outspread. Partner B then jumps over the arms and legs of partner A 5 times back and forth.
Switch and repeat.
Then, divide into teams of 3, begin setting up and warming up for workout.
