Power Snatch + Snatch Loads per set (by %): 50, 60, 70, 55, 65, 75, 60, 70, 80 B.For Time: 5 Power Snatches @ 135/95 lbs 10 Power Snatches @ 115/75 lbs 20 Power Snatches @ 95/65 lbs 40 Power Snatches @ 75/55 lbs 10 Burpees over the Barbell after every set. 1 lap around the building everytime you break. Note that you are allowed to re-grip at the bottom for no more than 3 seconds for it to remain "unbroken"
