A. Warmup
Coach and athlete choice! Have some fun, get sweaty then get to work.
Scoring: Not Scored

​B. Push-Up 6 x 6-8
Every 1 minute, for 6 minutes (6 sets):
6-8 Push-Ups

Coach's Notes:
This is a 6 minute EMOM. Scale and modify as needed to make these PERFECT PUSHUPS! (no sagging, head bobbing, snaking, arching, curving, rounding...you guys get the idea. Make 'em pretty!

C. Rounds for Reps of Weighted Sit-Ups, Barbell Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, Burpee Box Jump-Overs, and more
​For 3 Rounds spend 1 minute on each movement, trying to accumulate as many reps as possible:
  1. Weighted Sit-Up @ 20/14 lbs
  2. Barbell Sumo Deadlift High Pull @ 75/55 lbs
  3. Burpee Box Jump-Over 24/20 inches
  4. Barbell Thruster @ 75/55 lbs
  5. Calories of Rowing

Rest 1 minute between each round
