B. Halting Snatch Deadlift + Hang Snatch + Snatch 8 x 1 Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes (8 sets): Halting Snatch Deadlift + Hang Snatch + Snatch @ 75% Coach's Notes: 2 second pause at the knee and two second pause where your hang snatch begins. Build to 75% and stay at 75% C. 4 minute AMRAP of Overhead Squats As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 4 minutes:
straight to D. D. 3 minute AMRAP of Russian Kettlebell Swings As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 3 minutes:
Straight to E E. 2 minute AMRAP of Toes to Bars As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 2 minutes:
