  • 6 Dual Dumbbell Shoulder Presses
  • 10 Kipping Handstand Push-Ups
  • 10-15 Dumbbell Push Presses
​       Start a set every 3 minutes

B.  3 Rounds for Time:
  • 30 Dumbbell Hang Snatches @ 50/35 lbs
  • 15 Burpees to Target
  • 10 Strict Pull-Ups
  • Assault Bike 1000/750 meters
