EMILY OSANNCROSSFIT TRAINER/PERSONAL TRAINER/CF-L2 TRAINEREmily is a full time secondary school Art teacher with a background in sports including dance, team sports and yoga. She lived in Shanghai for 12 years before moving to Hong Kong in 2018. Naturally drawn to teaching and helping others, Emily began teaching yoga in 2008. She explored running, taking part in several half marathon events, before starting CrossFit in 2015. From then on, she became obsessed with weightlifting, discovering that fitness is not just something to do to be physically fit, but also is the best way to improve mental health.
Since then, Emily has been coaching CrossFit, constantly seeking to improve her knowledge of anatomy, skills, technique, mobility and nutrition. She has competed in the 2016 CrossFit China Championships, 2017 China Invitational, and 2019 Asia CrossFit Championships. As a coach, Emily seeks to help athletes gain more awareness of their mental habits just as much as their physical technique.
