As a high school goalkeeper, he developed a strong foundation in discipline, teamwork, and the art of pushing physical and mental limits. When his time playing football ended, Joe stepped into a bootcamp - a classic weight loss challenge. What he didn’t realise at the time was that this experience would ignite a passion for fitness that would shape his future. He quickly fell in love with the grind, the sport, and, most importantly, the community. It was then that he knew he wanted to become a CrossFit coach.
After earning his CrossFit Level 3 (L3) certification, Joe dedicated himself to helping others navigate their own fitness journeys. He has since had the privilege of coaching individuals with a variety of goals, from excelling in CrossFit to enhancing performance in other sports. Joe has witnessed firsthand how a commitment to fitness can transform not only physical health but also mindsets and overall well-being. Seeing people achieve their personal victories, no matter the size, fuels his passion for coaching. Joe believes that training is about more than just lifting heavier weights or running faster; it’s about becoming the best version of oneself. He works closely with each client to set goals, put in the hard work, and celebrate every win. Above all, he strives to make fitness an enjoyable and sustainable part of his clients' lives. Whether someone is just starting out, as Joe once did, or is eager to break through personal barriers, he is there to provide guidance every step of the way.
