A. 5 Rounds For Time of Back Squats
5 Rounds for Time:
  1. 10 Back Squats @ 65%

Rest 1 minute between each round
Coach's Notes:
This week begins a lighter loaded week in a preparation deload for some testing numbers next week. :)

B. 15 minute AMRAP of Toes to Bars, Deadlifts, and Squat Snatches
As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 15 minutes:
In teams of 2
  1. 12 Toes to Bars
  2. 9 Deadlifts @ 115/75 lbs
  3. 6 Squat Snatches @ 115/75 lbs

Coach's Notes:
Swapping after a team mate completes a round.

50 Abmat Sit ups (or GHD)
50 weighted hip bridges
50 EB good mornings
