Find your heaviest set of TGU

B. 21-15-9 Deadlifts, Ring Dips, and Burpees
21-15-9 Reps for Time:
  1. Deadlift @ 225/135 lbs
  2. Ring Dip
  3. Burpee

C. For Time: L-Sits and Wall Walks
​For Time:
  1. L-Sit for 2 minutes
  2. 1 Wall Walk

Coach's Notes:
Accumulate 2 minute so of an l sit (hanging or paralettes) every time you break you do 1 wall walks.
