In teams of 2
  1. Suitcase Carry 120 meters @ 20/12 kg
  2. 20 Alternating One-Arm Kettlebell Snatches @ 20/12 kg
  3. 20 Goblet Squats @ 20/12 kg
  4. 20 Kettlebell One-Arm Overhead Walking Lunge Steps @ 20/12 lbs
  5. 20 Kettlebell Swings @ 20/12 lbs

Time Cap: 40 minutes
Coach's Notes:
alternate after each movement. Example: partner 1 does suitcase carry, partner 2 does KB snatches, then partner 1 does Goblet squats and so on and so forth... every time the kettlebell rests on the ground both partners do 10 burpees
