A. Deadlift 5 x 3
Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
3 Deadlifts @ 80%

B. 24 minute EMOM of Hang Cleans, Burpees over the Barbell, and Running
Every 3 minutes for 24 minutes (8 rounds):
  1. 5 Hang Cleans @ 75%
  2. 10 Burpees over the Barbell
  3. Run 120 meters

C. For Time: Hollow Body Rocks, Hanging Leg Raises, and Banded Good Mornings
​For Time:
  1. 75 Hollow Body Rocks
  2. 50 Hanging Leg Raises
  3. 25 Banded Good Mornings
