​A. For Time: Rowing, Deadlifts, Pull-Ups, and moreFor Time:
In teams of 2
  1. 60 Calories of Rowing
  2. 50 Deadlifts @ 185/135 lbs
  3. 40 Pull-Ups
  4. 30 Handstand Push-Ups
  5. 40 Toes to Bars
  6. 50 Power Snatches @ 115/75 lbs
  7. 60 Burpees over the Barbell

Time Cap: 35 minutes
Coach's Notes:
on 3,2,1 go... person 1 will start rowing while person 2 is holding on to their barbell. Calories only count if the bar stays above the knee. Switch as needed and reps need not be equally distributed. Once all 60 calories are finished, team moves on to the deadlifts. one person may do their deadlifts while the other teammate hangs from the pull up bar. Switch as needed and continue until 50 reps are completed. Next would be 40 pull ups, and they will count only when the other teammate holds a plate over head (45/25) or holds a handstand. Switch as needed and continue until 40 pull ups are finished. Next from there are 30 HSPU, while team mates are back hanging from the pull up bar. 40 Toes to Bar, while teammates are hanging on to the barbell above knee. 50 power snatches follow while partner is in plank. Once done then the teams just need 60 Burpee over bar to finish.
