      Rest 2 minutes between sets
      Increase weight each set

B.  As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 15 minutes:
  • 50 Double-Unders
  • 3 Power Snatches @ 135/95 lbs
  • 15 Pull-Ups
  • 3 Squat Snatches @ 135/95 lbs
  • 10 Toes to Bars
