      Front Squat
  • Set 1 – 3 reps @ 85%
  • Set 2 – 3 reps @ 85%
  • Set 3 – 3 reps @ 85%
  • Set 4 – 1 rep @ 60%

B.  As Many Reps as possible in 15 minutes:
  • Max Unbroken Muscle-Ups
  • Run400 meters
     Every drop from MU, run 400 metres. Score is total Ring MU
