      Rest 3 minutes between sets

​C. As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 20 minutes:
  • 10 Alternating One-Arm Dumbbell Clusters @ 50/35 lbs
  • 11 Pull-Ups
  • 33 Double-Unders
