1 High Hang Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats
Loads per set (by %): 50, 55, 60, 55, 60, 65, 60, 65, 70

B. 15 minute AMRAP of Hang Power Snatches and Burpee Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
As Many Reps as possible in 15 minutes:
