  1. 75 Squat Cleans @ 95/65 lbs
  2. Run 800 meters
  3. 75 Squat Cleans @ 115/75 lbs
  4. Run 800 meters
  5. 75 Squat Cleans @ 135/95 lbs
  6. Run 800 meters

Coach's Notes:
Break up cleans anyway you'd like. The run has to be done as a team. Cannot start work until all partners are back.
