Warm-up
Spend 5-10 minutes playing a game, then 5-10 minutes going through dynamic range of motion drills. Then set up gear and review movements.
Scoring: Not Scored Time Cap: 20 minutes
​B. 8 Rounds For Time of Overhead Squats, Shoulder to Overheads, Pull-Ups, and Running8 Rounds for Time:
  1. 2 Overhead Squats @ 115/75 lbs
  2. 4 Shoulder to Overheads @ 115/75 lbs
  3. 6 Pull-Ups
  4. Run 200 meters
