      Deadlift
  • Set 1 – 3 reps @ 75%
  • Set 2 – 3 reps @ 75%
  • Set 3 – 3 reps @ 75%
  • Set 4 – 3 reps @ 75%
  • Set 5 – 3 reps @ 75%
  • Set 6 – 10 reps @ 60%

B.  As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 20 minutes:
      In teams of 2:
  • 15/10 Calories of Assault Bike
  • 14 Alternating One-Arm Dumbbell Clean and Jerks @ 50/35 lbs
  • 10 Toes to Bars
      Alternate movements and rest while your partner works ​
