A. Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):
      Back Squats
  • Set 1 – 8 reps @ 75%
  • Set 2 – 8 reps @ 75%
  • Set 3 – 8 reps @ 75%
  • Set 4 – 8 reps @ 75%
  • Set 5 – 20 reps @ 55%

B. As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 6 minutes:
  • 3 Box Jump Overs 24/20 inches
  • 6 Deadlifts @ 225/155 lbs
  • 9 Bar Facing Burpees

Rest for 5 minutes, then


C. As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 6 minutes:
  • 9 Bar Facing Burpees
  • 6 Deadlifts @ 225/155 lbs
  • 3 Box Jump Overs 24/20 inches
