      Weighted Pull-Ups
  • 3 reps

  • 6 reps
  • 6 reps
First 4 sets heavier, reduce weight for last 2 sets


B. As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 20 minutes:
  • 33 Push-Ups
  • 22 Pull-Ups
  • 11 Plated Box Step-Ups 24/20 inches @ 45/25 lbs
