A.  Every 2:30, for 12:30 (5 sets):
       Barbell Bench Press
  • Set 1 – 3 reps @ 60%
  • Set 2 – 3 reps
  • Set 3 – 3 reps
  • Set 4 – 3 reps
  • Set 5 – 3 reps 
      Start at 60% 1RM and increase weight each set

B.  3 Rounds for Time:
  • 33 Wall Ball Shots @ 20/14 lbs
  • 11 Toes to Bars
      Then
  • 800 m run
