Every 90 seconds, for 22:30 (15 sets):
1 Clean and Jerk

Loads per set (by lbs): 95/65, 105/70, 115/75, 125/80, 135/85, 145/90, 155/95, 165/100, 175/105, 185/110, 195/115, 205/120, 215/125, 225/130, 235/135

Coach's Notes:
Clean and jerk Ladder. Start at 95/65 and increase as indicated. You finish when you cannot complete the clean and Jerk set inside the time allotted.

B. 18-12-6 Barbell Thrusters, Burpees over the Barbell, and Running
​18-12-6 Reps for Time:
  1. Barbell Thruster @ 95/65 lbs
  2. Burpee over the Barbell
  3. Run 120 meters
