Every 2 minutes, for 14 minutes (7 sets):
3 Back Squats @ 80%

C. 7 Rounds For Time of Deadlifts, Power Cleans, Front Squats, and Push Presses
​7 Rounds for Time:
  1. 7 Deadlifts @ 135/95 lbs
  2. 7 Power Cleans @ 135/95 lbs
  3. 7 Front Squats @ 135/95 lbs
  4. 7 Push Presses @ 135/95 lbs

Coach's Notes:
you can only break after each round each drop of the barbell during a set = 5 burpees you can do a thruster, finish your front squats, before doing the push press
