  • 15 Deadlifts @ 135/95 lbs
  • 12 Hang Power Cleans @ 135/95 lbs
  • 9 Push Jerks @ 135/95 lbs

  • Run 400 meters
  • 10 Overhead Squats @ 135/95 lbs

C. 3 Rounds for Time:
  • 40 Alternating Front-Racked Barbell Lunge Steps @ 135/95 lbs
  • 20 Hang Squat Cleans @ 135/95 lbs
