A.  Cavs 12 Days of Christmas Partner Wod:
  • 1 Block run
  • 2 Front Squats (95/65)
  • 3 Burpees
  • 4 Thrusters (95/65)
  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 6 Toes to bar
  • 7 Kettlebell Swings (24/16)
  • 8 Wallballs (20/14)
  • 9 Box Jumps
  • 10 Clean & Jerks (95/65)
  • 11 Push-ups
  • 12 Power Snatches (95/65)

​This workout is done just like the song….Round 1 = 1 Block Run, Round 2 = 2 Front Squats and 1 Block Run ….etc. Until all 12 rounds are complete. Both partners complete all # of reps for that movement. Go back and forth until complete. 1 partner work at a time with the exception of the run
