  • 20 Power Cleans @ 135/95 lbs
  • 20 Hand Release Push-Ups
  • 20 AbMat Sit-Ups
Rest for 5 mins, then

C. As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 10 minutes:
  • 20 Barbell Thrusters @ 135/95 lbs
  • 20 Alternating One-Arm Dumbbell Snatches @ 50/35 lbs
  • 50 Double-Unders
