  • Run 400 meters
  • 50 Wall Ball Shots @ 20/14 lbs
  • 40/32 Calories of Rowing
  • 30 Weighted Ab-Mat Sit-Ups @ 50/35 lbs
  • 80 Double-Unders
Waterfall. Partner 1 Runs 400m, whilst partner 2 waits. When P1 finishes the run, P2 starts and P1 moves to WBs. P2 cannot move to next station until P1 has completed the reps and moved on to next station.
