A. Partner Fight Gone Bad
For 3 Rounds spend 2 minute on each movement, trying to accumulate as many reps as possible:
  • Wall Ball Shots @ 20/14 lbs for reps
  • Barbell Sumo Deadlift High Pull @ 75/55 lbs for reps
  • Box Jump 20 inches for reps
  • Push Press @ 75/55 lbs for reps
  • Calories of Rowing for reps
      Rest 2 minutes between each round
