  1. 30 Russian Kettlebell Swings @ 32/24 kg
  2. 30 Suspended Inverted Rows
  3. 30 Hand Release Push-Ups
  4. Run 400 meters

Coach's Notes:
Partner A does KB swings, Partner B rests, switch on next movement, Partner B does ring rows, partner A rests, switch, Partner A does HRPU, partner B rests... Both teammates run 400 meters... Partner B starts next round.
