Within 20 minutes: Clean and Jerk
  1. Set 1 – 5 reps @ 55%
  2. Set 2 – 4 reps @ 65%
  3. Set 3 – 3 reps @ 75%
  4. Set 4 – 2 reps @ 85%
  5. Set 5 – 1 rep @ 90-95%
  6. Set 6 – 1 rep @ 95+%
  7. Set 7 – 1 rep
  8. Set 8 – 1 rep
  9. Set 9 – 1 rep
  10. Set 10 – 1 rep
