       Barbell Bench Press
  • Set 1 – 3 reps @ 75%
  • Set 2 – 3 reps @ 75%
  • Set 3 – 3 reps @ 75%
  • Set 4 – 3 reps @ 75%
  • Set 5 – 8 reps @ 60%
  • Set 6 – 8 reps @ 60%

B.  For Time:
  • 50 Medicine Ball Sit-Ups @ 20/14 lbs
  • 50 Push-Ups
  • 50 Overhead Squats @ 95/65 lbs
