  • 3 Strict Handstand Push-Ups + 10 Kipping Handstand Push-Ups
​      Rest 2 minutes between sets

B.  As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 20 minutes:
       In Teams of 2:
  • 10 Hang Power Cleans @ 95/65 lbs
  • 10 Burpees over the Barbell
  • 10 Calories of Rowing
​      Switch after completion of each movement
