​      Increase weight every 2 rounds

B.  As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 10 minutes:
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings @ 24/16 kg
  • 12 Single Kettlebell Box Step-Ups 24/20 inches @ 24/16 kg
  • 2 Rope Climbs
