  • 1 Power Clean
​       Minutes 0:30 – 1:00
  • 1 Squat Clean

B.  As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 14 minutes:
  • 7 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 12 Hang Squat Cleans @ 95/75 lbs
      Rest 30s after each round
      Try to complete each round unbroken
