A. Back Squat
  • Set 1 – 8 reps
  • Set 2 – 8 reps
  • Set 3 – 8 reps
  • Set 4 – 8 reps
  • Set 5 – 8 reps 
Rest 90 seconds between sets
Compare to 18/07/2018 start with conformable weight for 8 reps and keep building till you achieve your 8RM on the 5th set.

B. Walking Plate Lunge
Within 60 seconds:
  • Set 1 – 15 meters @ Max Load
  • Set 2 – 15 meters @ Max Load
  • Set 3 – 15 meters @ Max Load
  • Set 4 – 15 meters @ Max Load
  • Set 5 – 15 meters @ Max Load
​Rest 1 minute between sets
Use the max load in order to do the 15m unbroken
