Back Squat
  • Set 1 – 2 reps @ 85%
  • Set 2 – 2 reps @ 85%
  • Set 3 – 2 reps @ 85%
  • Set 4 – 2 reps @ 85%
  • Set 5 – 6 reps @ 65%
  • Set 6 – 6 reps @ 65%

B.  Every minute for 15 minutes (15 rounds):
  • 1 Full Snatch + 2 OHS
