From modest CrossFit beginnings after childbirth to earning her CF L-1 and supporting the day-to-day operations at CAVS, Yuliya has grown tremendously along her journey. She currently serves as CrossFit Cavaliers' Customer Experience Manager, overseeing marketing and ensuring a positive membership experience.

Born in the USSR, raised in Uzbekistan, educated in Korea, and discovering CrossFit in Hong Kong, Yuliya's fitness journey began later in life, after giving birth to her daughter in 2014. What started as a way to shed baby weight soon revealed deeper benefits - building not only strength and conditioning but also fostering a strong sense of community. The welcoming, supportive environment at CAVS quickly turned members into lifelong friends.

Her passion for CrossFit and the CAVS community grew to the point where she decided not to return to the corporate world, focusing instead on sharing the life - changing benefits of fitness with others. From encouraging her husband - now one of the gym’s most dedicated members - to helping friends, neighbours, and even strangers begin their fitness journeys, Yuliya remains committed to continuously enhancing the CAVS experience for everyone.
