Our CrossFit program is an exciting workout program that can prepare you for all of life’s challenges. We work with you on a personally scaled program and give you world-class coaching to allow you to work towards your goals. We have a great supportive team-environment that will allow you to improve yourself everyday!

Our CrossFit classes combine multiple elements and proven training methodologies to maximise your fitness potential. A coach will be available at every class to help you with the movements, make sure you are doing everything safely, and  provide motivation. We pride ourselves in offering a world-class facility, coaching, and programming, with an unprecedented schedule and awesome team-training environment. You can be assured of coaching and support in driving toward your goal. And it certainly helps that you will be doing all these in a safe, mutually supportive environment where everyone knows each other's names.

FunFit

FunFit Is CrossFit Cavaliers Fitness Club focused on Functional Fitness and HIIT whilst having Fun. Each session consists of 2-3 workouts using a range of fitness equipment such as Kettlebells, TRX’s and Medicine Balls as well some light resistance training.

Here you will achieve great results in a fun and motivating environment along with others of every age, size and fitness level! Classes run every daily Mondays - Saturday at the Cavaliers Gym in Kennedy Town, which is very easy to get to.

Personal Training

​Our Personal Training program is the most comprehensive and successful in Hong Kong. We pride ourselves in helping our clients get positive results by utilizing our scientifically based research, experienced programming and our ability to motivate you to succeed.

​Working with any of our coaches 1:1 will ensure that you receive elite level assessment, planning, nutritional advice, lifestyle, strength and conditioning coaching. Our attention to detail and individualized programming is what sets us apart from the pack. What motivates us is seeing you achieve your goal of fitness and health.

Mobility 

​Mobility class is for every one. The body needs proper movement all the time, you’ll realise how much better you are when you stay mobile.

​In aiming to loosen up the tightness in the soft tissue and muscles, it’s important not to do too much too soon. Come and join our mobility class with our team. Our programs are designed for you to better understand and be aware of your body and improve mobility gradually. We will help you improve functionality, movement patterns and restore a functional range of motion where possible.
